Dear world,

 

In a time of distanced living, ecological fragility and unprecedented times, the List í ljósi (Art by Light) Festival in Seyðisfjörður invite a rethinking of creative practice and living.

 

For the return of the sun in February, the festival will focus on connecting with our environment. What if we were to listen more closely to nature’s call and situate our thinking elsewhere and otherwise. We ask how we stay with sounds of trouble and return with care for this planet.

 

We invite you to put forward your concepts for creative responses that take account of how we connect. We encourage distanced-participants, collaborative practices and co-creative experiments.
